Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The Basic plan has no time limit and no card requirement. You get the full builder, the standard templates, every trigger type and conversion analytics.
What exactly does Premium unlock?
Premium-only templates, advanced customization fields (extended typography, full colour/style set, custom branding), domain allowlist, webhook notifications, and custom CSS injection.
What happens to my popups if I downgrade?
Your popups keep running. Premium-only fields become read-only, so the design you already published stays exactly as it is.
Do you count impressions against a quota?
No. Impressions and conversions are recorded for your analytics, not metered for billing.
